Modern (International) P & M Holdings Ltd is a renowned equipment distributor in the China/Hong Kong region, established in Hong Kong since 1979, dedicated to serving out customers with the state-of-the-art machinery and equipment with full maintenance service backup for the road, highway and civil construction field.

From 1979 to 1981, our sales activities only covered Hong Kong and Macau. Subsequent with the infrastructure development in China, we  started to introduce advance technology and technical knowhow on road and highway machinery into the market. Our activities became more extensive and our successful sakes result proved that we were proceeding towards the right direction.

In September 1983, we set up our first branch office in Beijing to ensure prompt and effective communication with clients in the northern China. In August 1984, we formed another branch office in Guangzhou for further penetration of our marker. Our third branch office was set up in Shanghai in July 1985 to extend a full coverage of the market.

Apart from the construction equipment business, we also successfully started out steel pipe scaffolding hiring and selling business in early 1980. Again, we are the very first company to introduce this advanced equipment in China / Hong Kong market. The business has grown significantly in Hong Kong since 1990, We have our own design works and contracting works in addition to our rental and selling business. Our effort in product integration is gaining full support from the customers.

We had fone through consequent expansion, improvement and changes in Hong Kong and China in the past 20 years. In year 2000, the company was reformed in order to serve and facilitate better in the new millennium.

By such reformation, the company was divided in the management company namely; Modern (International) P & M Holdings Ltd, plus its subsidiary companies. Each company us responsible to different product or service and runs independently. Therefore we have a good grasp of market change and need.

Modern (Singapore) Access & Equipments Pte. Ltd. is one of the subsidiary companies of Modern (International) P & M Holdings Ltd. Our operation in Singapore commenced in 2008 for design, rental and sales of various access equipments, material handling equipments, metal scaffolding (steel & aluminum) and fall protection equipments.

We had completed our line of access equipment to provide access solution for every application. We had also being termed as one of the major player in the mobile elevated work platform and the aluminum scaffold industry in Singapore.

Quality Policy is our next milestone. We are undergoing the implementation and certification of the Quality Management System (QMS) compliant with ISO 9001:2000 that has been aimed at the establishment of quality-focused management system. The system is to ensure that all processes that impact on the quality of products and services provided by Modern (Singapore) Access & Equipments Pte. Ltd. are properly defined and employed. The QMS is subject to continual improvement and enhancement. An efficiently functioning system guarantees that all processes are verified for effectiveness; they are improved and adjusted in line with market and technological developments as well as changing requirements of the customer. Our aim is to ensure customer satisfaction.
